We would like you to get familiar with our regulations of accommodation to be able to ensure your pleasant relaxing and to avoid any possible misunderstandings.

You will accept the content of regulations when occupying the accommodation. Not fulfilling the regulations of accommodation will involve the cancellation of booking along with not refunding the down-payment regardless of your leaving earlier.

When arriving, we kindly request you to present your identity documents (passport or ID card) to be able to fulfill the obligatory report for the Center Statistic Authority. For further information: https://vizainfo.hu/szallashelyek.

The owner declares that guests’ data will not be used for any other purposes, only for the above mentioned obligation, and the owner will not store your data in printed forms.

We are available for you with any information and support during your stay. We kindly recommend that you inform us about the possible complaints regarding the quality of accommodation immediately after your arrival.

You must leave the accommodation until 10 a.m. on the departure day. The accommodation booked must be in the same condition as it was at your arrival: in a clean and unharmed condition.

You are responsible for the cleaness of the accommodation and you must keep it.

For more than one week stay, we provide cleaning and exchanging of beddings and towers once a week.

We kindly ask you to use the furnishing and the indoor and outdoor equipment for their function. It is not allowed to take out the furniture or take the inside furniture to another room or outside the house.

There are more areas and equipment in the house or in the courtyard which can be unsafe – they are allowed to use only by your own responsibility (cooking outside, furnace, jacuzzi, pool, sauna, playground, table soccer.). Children under the age of 12 can only use the jacuzzi or pool with adult supervision! Children can only stay in the guesthouse with adults’ present.

As in every household, there can be things broken or gone wrong in the guesthouse as well. If you notice any kind of disorder, please, inform the owner as soon as possible to be able to avoid further serious harm.

It is forbidden to throw your wastes and cosmetics into the washbasin in the restrooms since it can damage the home-used sewage-water system.

SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN in the house! Smoking is allowed only at places marked!

Heating the furnace and the tile stove is the owner’s task, it is forbidden to make fire without any prior agreement. There can be an explosion in case of incompetency.

Please, only use the wood prepared for your outdoor cooking. If more wood is needed for cooking, please, call us.

We kindly ask you to listen to music in the outdoor facilities in normal tunes.

Please, take a shower before using the jacuzzi or the pool and make yourselves dry after using them. Wet clothes are forbidden to be put on the tile stove, plese, use the clothes dryer.

Towels are to be used in the sauna,and we kindly ask you to leave your shoes in front of the door.

Please, do not enter the rooms having your shoes on.

People who are not reported at the guesthouse are not allowed to enter.

We do not take responsibility for children, they are the responsibilities for their parents in all cases.

Pets are not allowed. In case you even take pets, it is requested to leave the accommodation immediately.

Horses are forbidden to feed!

Electric car chargers are provided only prior agreement.

Those guests who damage the property by purpose or by chance must pay the total damage.

The supplier is entitled to cancel the accommodation if guests do not keep the regulations of accommodation and no refund is to be paid back at all.
